DON’T FORGET TO VOTE, AMERICA!
Hank Green just keeps making the list of domains he owns bigger and bigger.
This is Buford, Wyoming. Its owner has put it up for sale. The Nerdfighters of the Greater DC Area were thinking that we should buy Buford, Wyoming and turn it into the nerdfightastic utopia of Nerdfighteria, Wyoming.
I mean, it’s only an asking price of $100,000. We could totally do it. Imagine the possibilities.
Wait yes.
…because the Nerdfighters of the DC Area are the best people ever.
Signal boost.

Well, I found Hank’s shirt, the one he was wearing when he “stole” the Picasso, with just a cursory Google search (http://www.threadless.com/product/543/This_is_not_a_Pipe), but I would assume that the original design is under copyright or something.
I want to do a giveaway for Nerdfighteria! This post itself is not the giveaway, I just want feedback on whether or not people are interested in these bracelet ideas.
1. This Star Won’t Go Out bracelet
I’ll make two or three of these.
2. Harry Potter house bracelets
I’m thinking that I’ll give a set of all four houses. Should I mix the diagonals with the v’s? I think I’ll make three sets of these.
3. TARDIS bracelet
This pattern will repeat around the whole bracelet. I’ll make two of these.
4. I AM SHER LOCKED bracelet
I’ll make one with a white background and black letters, and one with a black background and white letters.
Does anyone have any more ideas for bracelets? I was trying to come up with quotes from John’s novels that would fit on a bracelet, but I wasn’t very successful…
Side note: If I add any new bracelet designs to this list, I’ll probably make less of each one.
I’d be part of this giveaway so fast.
This is for Hank Green per request! If every Nerdfighter could reblog so he could see this… I’d be… a ball of joy!

That’s because Hank and John are dreamy.
Actually, tbh I’m a little shocked at the gender disparity among nerdfighters considering how geek/knowledge based all the vlogbrothers videos are.
You know what? No, I revert back to my original statement: it’s because Hank and John are dreamy.
They are mostly female, all the Nerdfighter gatherings I’ve been to have more than twice as many girls as guys. Once, it was, like, a 40:2 ratio of female to male.
And speaking as a heterosexual, nerdy male, yes, they are dreamy.
Tumblr, I know we are all tumbly and everything, and cats and Paula Deen Riding Things and Ryan Gosling Reading YA, and that’s all great. It’s perfect, really. I wouldn’t want to change it.
But can we just take a moment right now to be grateful and astonished that we are alive and able to bear witness to the universe? Can we just spend like four seconds letting it sink in that we are here, together, amid something much larger than we can effectively imagine?
How lucky I was to stumble upon a vlogbrothers link on a Facebook friend’s wall. My life and perception of it has deepened tenfold since discovering them, and I am thankful for every minute I get to spend as a Nerdfighter.
On John Green’s Wikipedia page, in that little info bar on the right of the screen, there is no signature in the signature section. Of all people, John has earned the right to fill that signature section.
